The most notable enhancement in the Phoenix facility is its newly expanded manufacturing capabilities. This expansion allows TransPak to better serve industries requiring specialized crating and packaging solutions, particularly in the semiconductor and technology sectors.

Beyond its manufacturing growth, the Phoenix facility now boasts integrated services, including warehousing, climate-controlled storage, and logistics solutions. With over 165,000 square feet of storage and fulfillment space, the site provides ready-access and affordable warehousing for customers’ imports and exports. Located within 30 minutes of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, it is strategically positioned for efficient transportation and distribution. With available square footage and dock bays, the site is well-equipped to manage a variety of customer needs.
Climate-Controlled Warehousing
TransPak’s Phoenix facility now offers 50,000 square feet of climate-controlled storage, featuring a state-of-the-art insulated curtain wall enclosure. The environment is carefully maintained at 75 degrees +/- 5 degrees Fahrenheit, with relative humidity controlled between 30% and 60% to ensure optimal storage conditions. Additionally, the facility provides nitrogen air purge service for semiconductor tools requiring optical connectors to remain clean and dry. This specialized offering underscores TransPak’s commitment to serving the unique needs of the semiconductor industry.
