TransPak launched the Specialized Packaging Division in Malaysia in 2018. Our extensive experience with protective packaging, coupled with state-of-the-art manufacturing tools, allow us to meet the highest standards in custom packaging solutions.

TransPak Specialized Packaging (TSP) services include Class 100 & Class 1000 cleanroom packaging, custom transit cases, flight cases, foam and boxes in a wide range of styles and materials, as well as cleanroom storage.

TSP has a total floor area of 3,393m² (36,523ft²).

Cleanroom Manufacturing

TSP manufactures various cleanroom bags, sheets and covers up to ISO 14644 Class 5 (FED STD 209E Class 100) environment.

• Certified Cleanroom class 100 (ISO 5) is 132m² (1,421ft²)

• Certified Cleanroom class 1000 (ISO 6) is 516m² (5,555 ft²)

TSP has a darkroom situated in the cleanroom to clean products that require high degrees of cleanliness and have strict requirements on dust particle count.
