TransPak Builds a Worldwide Packaging Presence
TransPak’s commitment to our customers has always been at the heart of our expansion strategy. Customer needs have fueled each and every one of the facilities we’ve opened. 2001 brought the first prospect of expansion of TransPak beyond California. The team started with a lease for an 8,000-square-foot warehouse in Tualatin, Oregon, just outside Portland. Today, our Oregon operation is a massive part of the business.
Shortly after, in 2007, an opportunity presented itself for TransPak to expand to China, where we opened our first global facility in Shanghai. CEO, Bert Inch, and the team believed that in order to truly grow it was necessary to expand outside of the U.S. alongside our customers.
The first non-U.S. TransPak site in Shanghai has become one of many. Since that time, our global footprint has grown to include 59 properties in 13 different countries. To learn more about TransPak’s many locations across the globe, visit our website today.
